Step 3. Bespoke Sale-Ready Styling Package
Using our design expertise and deep understanding of the property market, we craft a completely bespoke sale-ready styling package.
This includes thoughtfully selected furniture, artwork, soft furnishings, accessories, and lighting, pulled together to create a cohesive, elegant, and inviting atmosphere.
Every detail is chosen with intention to help buyers emotionally connect with the home the moment they walk through the door.
Step 4. Professional Installation
Within 10 -14 days, our in-house installation team transforms the property, placing each element with care and precision.

Step 5. Collection
After an 8-week hire period (with the option to extend), we arrange a smooth, efficient collection, leaving the property exactly as we found it.
