In a 2019 survey of developers the Home Staging Association of the UK and Ireland found that 100% of respondents said that staging property had increased the number of viewings and assisted in selling their property faster. A staged home spends 73% less time on the market versus an unstaged home.

The same research suggests that 83% of developers saw an increase in offer value once a home had been staged, and a survey from Rightmove found that staged homes sold for at least 8-10% more than unstaged homes.

Charlottes passion for sourcing timeless and artisanal furnishings along with her unique eye for interior design enables a properties 'shell' to be elevated into a luxurious, elegant and 'key-turn' home, selling a lifestyle which has been perfectly tailored to align to the potential buyer or renter.

With over 15 years of experience as a Buyer in the Fashion Industry Jen brings a refined eye for detail, style and textile knowledge into the world of interiors. Having managed multimillion pound departments and sourced textiles globally she has developed a deep understanding of the design process, quality and the power of presentation.
Jen's journey into interiors began whilst designing and project managing the renovation of her own home in 2022. To combine her love of textiles and interiors she has studied upholstery to hone her understanding of furniture construction, texture and finish. She combines her background in fashion with a love of interiors approaching each project with creativity, precision and a tailored eye helping clients to showcase their properties at their very best.
